Heads & Hunters is op zoek naar een ‘Inside Sales Representative’ voor zijn klant actief, als leader in de distributie van metaal producten. Onze klant is de Belgische dochtermaatschappij van een Duitse groep, werelds grootste distributeur van metaalproducten.

Your mission: Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, you will welcome and advise customers by telephone or via digital. You will process offers and orders and develop sales.
Your main tasks:
Handle incoming customer requests (phone or web) actively, discover their needs in order to sell the appropriate product mix and make additional sales;
Consult and negotiate with suppliers;
Negotiate with customers on pricing and delivery conditions in accordance with the commercial policy;
Record and follow up on offers, orders and customer contracts on a daily basis, ensuring that the customer’s credit rating is met and following up on unpaid invoices;
Prospecting through outbound calls to sell products or services;
Monitor daily sales results.
The profile we are looking for:
Bachelor level or at least 2 years of experience in commercial negotiation with B to B clients;
Good knowledge of IT tools (SAP, pack office) and digital tools;
Knowledge of the construction, finishing or metal distribution sectors would be appreciated but not essential for this position;
Fluent in Flemish with good knowledges in English
