You are a candidate temporary worker or a temporary worker

As a job seeker, your personal data such as name, address, contact details, birth details, marital status, gender, passport photo, nationality, National Social Security number, work permit and residence document, CV (curriculum vitae) and professional and personal achievements and interests are registered with Heads & Hunters.

We have received this information by your signing up in one of our offices because we have contacted you, or by your registration on our website. At that time, we ask you and grant your explicit permission to Heads & Hunters to use this data for you to find you an appropriate position and to inform you about our comprehensive service.

Heads & Hunters does not forward your personal data except for the purposes mentioned above.

Your data will be kept for 5 years after the last contact unless you indicate that you wish to delete your information earlier. You will receive a message from us to extend this period if you wish.

If you were employed by one of our clients for Heads &Hunters as a temporary employee, we have an obligation to keep up with additional data in connection with legal or tax controls in accordance with the applicable regulations.

 

 

You are a company that is (occasionally) looking for motivated employees.

As a company, you are regularly looking for excellent employees.

We have obtained your data because they are publicly available or because you have instructed us at some point time to look for one or more candidates.

Heads & Hunters has saved your name, contact information such as work address, phone number or email address and title in our client file.

We believe it is in yours and our legitimate interest to keep you informed of job seekers and our comprehensive service towards you. Your data is accessible to our consultants and is only used in the context of the objectives mentioned above.

We keep track of your data as long as there is a contractual, fiscal or accounting obligation.

 

You are one of our suppliers.

As a supplier, we process your personal data in order to fulfil the execution of our contractual obligations. It mainly concerns contact information such as name, telephone number and/or email address in order to facilitate communication. If some contact details are no longer correct, we ask you to make this known this to us.

We keep track of your data as long as there is a contractual, fiscal or accounting obligation.

 

Your data

Your personal data will be stored on a secure IT platform and is accessible by our consultants. Heads & Hunters has the necessary administrative, physical and technological means to ensure your privacy. This platform is managed and optimised together with a number of third parties.

Heads & Hunters has entered into third-party agreements with all of them in order to ensure your privacy.

Your data will in no way leave the European Economic Area.

 

 

Your rights as an individual

You have the right to request your personal data, to rectify, and the right to be forgotten or even removed from our files, as long as there are no contractual, fiscal or accounting obligations that prevent us from doing so.
