We'll set up a call to get to know each other better and check whether it’s a match for both parties.

Interview(s) with our client

You’ll be invited to a more in-depth interview which could be in-person or another video call, where they dive deeper into your skills and how you handle certain situations. You can count on us: H&H provides support, follow-up and advice throughout the whole process.

Testing - TMA

In certain cases, you’ll be invited for an extra assessment, conducted by someone from the H&H team.

Before spreading your wings and flying off to your first assignment, you’ll get an extensive onboarding in our H&H offices with the team.

Support & (personal) development

We’ll provide training, coaching and supervision during your external assignment. You will also join H&H teambuildings, brainstorms and internal projects.

In-depth interview

Your profile seems like a match with a temporary assignment from one of our clients? We’ll set up an interview to get to know each other better and your skills and expertise are then assessed for this role.

Selection by the client

Once your file has been validated by H&H (profile, fee, aspirations), it is passed on to the client. We accompany each stage of the selection process with transparency and reliability.

Contract

Great news, you got the assignment! We then begin the contracting and onboarding process.

Follow-up

As well as being your commercial and administrative partner, H&H will support you throughout your entire project.
