Our team of recruitment experts assists clients in finding permanent and temporary profiles (Consultants, Freelancers, and Interim Managers).

What is your mission? 

Guided and coached by Barbara and/or Amélie, you will elevate H&H Consulting’s presence with our clients. As a true ambassador, you represent our company and its image in the market and serve as a source of inspiration!

As a passionate HR professional, you will utilize your HR expertise and skills to support, guide, and advise our clients according to their needs and specificities.

After listening to and analyzing the clients’ needs, you will undertake various HR operational projects, manage them, and/or actively contribute to their development across different fields of expertise and industry sectors.

As an HR consultant, you will regularly adapt and shift focus and organization according to the assignments you receive.

Your profile:

You have solid experience in one or more HR expertise areas and want to share this knowledge, becoming a source of inspiration for our clients and colleagues. You are flexible and demonstrate rapid adaptation to new situations and changes. You are mobile and willing to visit clients' sites. We consider your needs and constraints. You hold at least a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience, and you speak French and/or Dutch and English at a professional level. You are proactive, action-oriented, and take the necessary initiatives in each situation. Additionally, you have strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
