Coached and guided by Barbara and/or Amélie, you will make H&H Consulting shine with our clients. As a true ambassador, you represent our company and its image in the market and serve as a source of inspiration!

As a passionate HR professional, you will leverage your expertise and skills to support, advise, and guide our clients based on their expectations and specific needs.

What will you do?

• Analyze client needs to understand their expectations.
• Execute and successfully complete various operational HR projects, covering different areas of expertise and sectors.
• Actively participate in the development of HR projects at our clients.
• Regularly adapt and change focus and organization depending on the assigned tasks.
  
  

Your profile:

• Adaptability, openness, customer service orientation, assertiveness, diplomacy, flexibility are essential.
• Solid experience in one or more HR areas of expertise, with a desire to share and inspire our clients and colleagues.
• Flexible and quick to adapt to new situations and changes.
• Willingness to travel to clients, considering your needs and constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with professional proficiency in French and/or Dutch and English.
• Proactive and action-oriented, able to take necessary initiatives in every situation. Good collaboration and participation skills.
