What will you do?

• Analyze the recruitment needs of our clients in collaboration with your direct colleagues.
• Draft or rewrite job descriptions and advise on the appropriate competency assessments.
• Identify potential candidates through active searches on various social networks, job sites, and our internal database.
• Represent the company by participating in job fairs and specific events.
• Proactively maintain the internal candidate database.
• Conduct CV screenings and in-depth interviews to create detailed candidate reports.
• Evaluate candidates using specific testing methods and interview techniques.
• Proactively propose candidates to Heads & Hunters clients.
• Participate in the recruitment of new team members for Heads & Hunters.
• Support the Heads & Hunters sales team in their commercial activities.
• Participate in the company's internal projects in rapid growth!

Your profile:

• You have at least 2 years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency, recruitment firm, or internal HR team.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. This skill is essential for this role.
• Besides speaking, you write French, English, and Dutch fluently and can draft error-free reports.
• You are committed and dedicated! These qualities are essential to join our company. You are also collegial and love teamwork!
• You are innovative, digitally minded, and highly creative in finding the best candidates on the market.
• You are naturally client and solution-oriented and have good planning and organizational skill
