What will you do?


Commercial Development:

  • Actively participate in the growth of Heads & Hunters by developing specific commercial actions for your regions and activities, supported by your colleagues and the managing director.
  • Act as an expert partner, undertaking actions aimed at acquiring, developing, and retaining your client portfolio. Build sustainable partnerships based on your expertise and human values.
  • Analyze the commercial and human needs of your clients to propose appropriate, creative solutions.
  • Translate needs into tailor-made commercial proposals.
  • Connect clients and their needs with the best available talents on the market.
  • Expand your network by attending networking events, conferences, symposia, etc.
  • Stay informed of market trends and play an advisory role to your management and clients to detect and seize new development opportunities.

Recruitment and Talent Development:

  • Develop and maintain strong connections with your candidate network, taking advantage of every opportunity to meet talents.
  • Learn and apply the Heads & Hunters methodology, with training to conduct 'TMA' assessments.
  • Conduct structured interviews focused on skills and expertise, understanding candidates' aspirations and soft skills.
  • Select and propose the best talents to your clients and the best assignments to the freelancers in your network.
  • Provide personalized follow-up of talents from their onboarding, with great attention and care.

Expertise:

  • Stay informed of market trends and offer tactical advice to management and clients, while exploring new development opportunities.
  • Participate in representational activities, such as job fairs and presentations in higher education institutions.
  • Be a source of knowledge to the team and management, and participate in collective decision-making.
  • Coordinate and participate in the development of specific company projects.


Your profile:

  • Commercial experience in B2B, preferably in HR and/or consultancy.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection of employees. Your interpersonal skills and assertiveness allow you to act as an expert for advising clients and candidates.
  • Energetic, passionate, and eager to develop, with excellent team spirit and a focus on achieving common goals.
  • Precise and organized, capable of working independently, taking initiative, and being entrepreneurial while respecting processes. Our work-from-home policy of 3 days per week requires good discipline.
  • Results-oriented, setting high standards to achieve your goals.
  • Fluent in French, with very good knowledge of English and Dutch.
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
