Our client, active in the healthcare sector, is an international organization, with European headquarters in Belgium (Brussels).
We are looking for a strong Marketing Manager to take the lead of the Marketing department. You will be responsible to develop and implement the local strategies and plans, in the context of growing international cooperation. You will report to the Sales & Marketing Director.
Your main responsibilities:
° Marketing Strategy, market analyzes, Planning and Budgeting in Benelux: building, planning and executing the best possible marketing activities in Belgium in consultation with the Sales & Marketing.
° Set up promotion campaigns and training programs for the Belgian market to boost sales, customer satisfaction and brand awareness.
° Management of existing products in cooperation with the product manager pharma line, product manager and develop new products in cooperation with R&D and the Sales department.
° Set up of the pricing strategy in order to achieve the set margins. Monitoring of the margins, reporting, and evaluation.
° Setting up and implementing a digital marketing strategy.
° Develop, coach and motivate a team of product managers.
Our client is looking for a very creative and analytical personality who can take his-her responsibility if necessary.
You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing or in a management position ideally with people management experience.
You have affinity with the healthcare sector.
You are fluent in English with a good knowledge of French and Dutch.
You have a master’s or bachelor’s degree.
