This is a full-time, diverse role, providing plenty of opportunity to add value by:

  • Developing the Trade Marketing Plan aligned with portfolio priorities, brand guidelines and channel-commercial priorities with a deep understanding of shopper marketing in Off and On Trade and Brown Forman growth framework.
  • Being the “transmission belt” of marketing with the commercial team in order to connect brand proposals in customer’s environment and be able to translate it into a “customer stories”.
  • Actively participate in the Commercial & Marketing agenda
  • Leading and developing the Junior Trade Marketing in a collaborative working environment.

What You Will Do in This Role:

  • Define the annual trade plan at strategic & tactical level setting the KPI’s & planning in collaboration with Marketing and Sales team.
  • Be the voice of omnichannel brand physical presence: Off, On, eCo ecosystem.
  • Define, deploy, and execute the promotional POS / Gift plan (On & Off trade) by brand, working in close contact with sales, Marketing, Purchasing and French Trade Marketing Departments, leading external agencies.
  • Lead Advocacy as a strategic tool to educate, inspire & engage our communities.
  • Establish a clear channel prioritization to allocate animations quotas, promotions and portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders and field for a flawless execution of the plan.
  • Continuous evaluation & improvement plan in place, documented and shared with relevant partners.
  • Responsible for budget, budget allocation & tracking : A&P, tins.
  • Collect & share competitor’s activations, best practices.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Sales
  • At least 7 years commercial experience (marketing, sales, trade marketing) of which:
  • At least 5 years in Trade marketing experience in FMCG environment
  • At least 2 years to include people management responsibilities
  • At least 2 years involved in Digital & E-commerce
  • Fluent in French, Flemish and English both speaking and writing.
  • Experience in the Spirits/Beverage industry is a strong plus in Off & On trade environment.
  • IT literate (good knowledge in MS Excel, Financial / ERP System – SAP or similar)
