For our client Menarini Benelux, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Account Manager Professional Diagnostics for the Wallonia and Luxembourg region.

About the job :

● Sales & Creative Business Development: As an Account Manager, you’ll pioneer innovative strategies to propel our business alongside our customers, delivering ingenious solutions that foster growth and uncover untapped opportunities.

● In-Depth Product / Brand Knowledge/ Fact Based Selling: Your deep understanding of our brands goes beyond familiarity, driving brand growth and customer excitement through analytical insights and intuitive selling.

● Strong Customer Relationships: Viewing customers as partners, you’ll foster trust and collaboration, inspiring them to embrace our brands and elevate their businesses.

● Sales Administration: Efficiency is key as you ensure seamless communication and follow-up, expediting processes hand in hand with our Back Office.

● Tight Budget Controls: Stewarding resources with care, you’ll ensure every investment maximizes ROI, safeguarding our financial health while fueling growth.

● Forecasting Accuracy: Collaborating with teams, you’ll contribute insights to ensure accurate predictions align with our business objectives.

● Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer records, you’ll leverage data to deliver personalized, customer-centric approaches.

● Product Knowledg: Your mastery extends to functionality and application, delivering unparalleled value to our customers.

About you :

● Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields, supplemented by experience in Sales, Marketing, or Management. Prior exposure to B2B sales, especially in hospital settings, is advantageous.Proficiency in understanding the financial implications of products and services on

profit and loss, as well as basic business finance principles, is essential. Conducting regular performance reviews using provided tools and documents is a routine part of the role. Forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring account revenues and costs are integral aspects of the position.

● A customer-centric approach to sales and account management is essential, combined with a deep understanding of products and business dynamics in medical device and laboratory settings. Exceptional negotiation skills, refined through high-level negotiations, are crucial. You must be competent in devising account and promotion strategies that align with overall channel objectives. Collaborating with customers and management to set account goals and develop business plans is a key responsibility. Additionally, working closely with the Marketing Team to craft promotional initiatives and supporting the Back Office in forecasting programs are also vital duties.

● French native, Good level of English.

● Motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent, with a knack for negotiation. Self-driven and adept at analyzing and solving problems, with a results-oriented mindset focused on delivering high-quality sales and superior customer service. Reliability, stress tolerance, and determination are inherent traits. An empathetic communicator who can understand perspectives from others’ viewpoints, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
