The summer brings good news at Heads & Hunters! We’re delighted to announce that Barbara van Drooghenbroeck has just joined the team as a Coach and HR Business Manager. With her proven expertise in the human resources and consulting sector and a broad network, our new Hunter shares our common vision: to be a truly approachable, versatile and innovative HR partner.
In addition to strengthening our H&H services and solutions, Barbara will now be at the helm of our new H&H Consulting solution. Starting with the HR specialisation, we’re convinced that she will bring great added value to our clients, partners and talent with her in-depth understanding of the main issues connecting companies and employees as well as her integrated vision of organisational and entrepreneurial contexts.
Barbara has acquired a solid position on the market and has an excellent reputation with the talent and organisations she has worked with. She is recognised, in particular, for her sense of support, human relations and the responsibilities she has developed year after year. The personalised follow-up of freelance partners is one of her main strengths, alongside building networks, sharing experience and organising rewarding events and workshops.

I immediately found my path in human resources and developed a passion for the area,” she says. “My strength is using both my skills and personality to do my job – and of course, I love what I do. With a Masters in Psychology from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) and a certified coach, Barbara has supported individuals and organisations in achieving their objectives for 20 years, as a partner in their growth and development. She has developed solid expertise in selecting talent specialising in Human Resources – whether freelancers or employees – for temporary, permanent or consulting assignments with both SMEs and multinationals.
