• Lead the Talent Review and Succession Plans process : key roles, succession and talent pools, talent review meetings and talent conversations
  • Foster Talent Development at all levels : feedback and career conversations, development plans, assessment and development centers, coaching
  • Deploy the Performance management cycle : co-ownership of the process with Compensation & Benefits
  • Maintain the Competency model : strategic competencies, link with training and other HR processes
  • Manage the Career model (holistic view of the functions in the organization) : co-ownership of the review and assessment of the functions with Compensation & Benefits
  • Develop Talent management capabilities : inspiration, education, support to HR and business leaders in matters related to talent management and people development

All those activities require a good understanding of Talent Management strategy and practices, as well as proximity with the business reality. Ability to effectively deliver the strategy, deploy the related processes and improve they are key. It means that the candidate will be action driven, will connect easily with stakeholders and will bring pragmatism in his/her approach.


  • Expertise and experience in Talent Management
  • Knowledge of Organization Design is a plus
  • At ease with both strategy and operational delivery
  • Appetite for fast moving environments and change
  • Enjoy stakeholders management, networking  and team work
  • Ability to communicate in an inspiring way
  • Good understanding of HRIS (Success Factors is an asset)
  • Languages: NL/FR/EN
  • Partially homework & necessary to be at the office on Wednesday morning
